These terms apply to the mybilbook.in website and the BillBook software provided by Aura Labs. By buying or using BillBook you agree to them.
Licence
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the version of BillBook you bought for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or publish the software files.
Your data and backups
BillBook stores data in your browser on your device. You are responsible for exporting and keeping backups. We cannot recover data lost through cleared browser storage, device loss or similar events.
Tax and legal compliance
BillBook helps you prepare invoices and records. You remain responsible for the correctness of the information you enter, the tax rates you apply and your GST registration, filing and compliance. BillBook does not file returns and is not a substitute for professional advice.
No warranty
BillBook is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and reliable but do not guarantee it will be error-free or suit every business. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are processed by Gumroad. Refunds follow Gumroad's terms.
