Contact BillBook

BillBook is made by Aura Labs. Email is the best way to reach us.

Product support

Email insighteyecare9988@gmail.com for help installing or using BillBook, bug reports and feature suggestions. Include your browser name, device and a short description or screenshot of the issue — please never send your backup file or customer data unless we specifically ask.

Purchases, downloads and refunds

BillBook is sold through Gumroad. Your receipt and download link are in the email Gumroad sends after purchase, and in your Gumroad library. Refund requests follow Gumroad's terms — see our refund policy page.

GST and tax questions

We can explain how BillBook calculates and shows tax, but we can't give tax advice for your business. For registration, rates or filing questions, please consult your CA or the official GST portal.
