Data you enter in the BillBook app

Business details, clients, invoices and expenses you enter in BillBook are saved in your browser's local storage on your own device. They are not sent to us and we cannot see, recover or delete them. JSON backups you export are files you control.

Receipt scanning uses text recognition that runs inside your browser. Voice Mode uses your browser's built-in speech recognition; depending on the browser, audio may be processed by the browser vendor (for example Google for Chrome) under their own privacy terms.

This website

The website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit, which pages they read and which buttons they click (for example the buy button). Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. It is processed by Google under Google's privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

We do not run advertising on this website and we do not sell personal information.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Gumroad. When you buy, Gumroad collects your email and payment details under its own privacy policy. We receive the order details Gumroad shares with sellers, such as your email address, to provide the product and support.

Emails to support

If you email us, we use your email and message only to reply and help you. We keep correspondence as long as needed for support.
